The Lady Cannoneers 15-2 run in the 4th Secured the Win Against the Lady Saints

The Saints traveled to Jefferson for a non-conference game, as the two teams traded baskets and had 8 lead changes, the Saints took the lead 47-46 with 8:00 minutes to go in the 4^th quarter.  The Cannoneers went on a 15-2 run led by Kori Nichols 8-4^th quarter points.  The Saints hit back-to-back 3-point baskets to cut the lead to 8.  The Cannoneers finished the game on a 9-1 to hold on to the 72-56 win.  Kori Nichols led all scorers with 19 points, LaKaiya Butcher contributed 15 points, 4 assists and 6 steals. Daelynn Alcock score 12 point and grabbed 9 rebounds, while Abby Raven secured 13 rebounds. The Cannoneers raised their overall to 6-1.
