The Cannoneers traveled to Troy, NY to take on Hudson Valley Community College and had a slow start to the game, which saw the Vikings take control and hang on for the victory. The Cannoneers would trail by 13 at the half, 39-26, and would get as close as 5 points with 2 minutes to go but could never get over the hump to only fall by the final score of 82-72. Leading the way for the Cannoneers was Shamell Ponds with 19 points.
