Jefferson XC Competed in their First Race of the 2022 Season at Hamilton College
Jefferson cross country runners ran in their first race of the season.

Clinton, NY - The Jefferson Harriers opened up their season at the Hamilton College Short Course Invitational on Saturday. The meet fielded eight teams in all, seven of them being NCAA Division III programs including regional power St. Lawrence University. There were a total of 104 athletes competing in the 5K race. The Connoneers were led by freshman Charles Rogers who completed the 5K course in 20:39. Rogers was followed by fellow freshmen Jayden Vance-Mceachern in 23:07 and Wayland Horton in 23:28. Sophomore Dante Stokes was the fourth Cannoneer and covered the course in 24:26.
The Cannoneers travel to Finger Lake Community College next Saturday to compete in the Bruce Bridgeman Invitational. The 8K men's race starts at 11:15AM
