Lyon Named NJCAA Region 3 Athlete of the Week

Congratulations to Jefferson Volleyball Setter/Outside Hitter Amelia Lyon (Adams, NY) for being named the NJCAA Region 3 Athlete of the Week. Lyon helped contribute in multiple ways in the Cannoneers two matches this week serving as both a setter and an opposite hitter.  In a come from behind 5 set win over Finger Lakes CC Amelia had 5 kills, 13 assists, 11 digs, 7 solo blocks, and an ace.  In a three set sweep of Mohawk Valley CC she had 6 kills, 15 assists, 6 digs, and a pair of service aces.
