LaKaiya Butcher Named to the 2024-25 NJCAA All-American 1st Team

Congratulations to Jefferson Women's Basketball Sophomore LaKaiya Butcher for being named to the NJCAA All-American 1st Team.  LaKaiya ended her career at Jefferson playing in 61 games (starting in all), with 1,106 points, 265 assists, 138 steals, 589 rebounds, and 41 blocks.  She led her team to a NJCAA Region 3 Championship and led them to compete in the NJCAA National Championship Game, where they finished as runner-up.  She was also named MSAC Conference and Region Player of the Year.
