Game 1: The offense was rolling early as the Cannoneers put up 4 runs in the first. Rachael Shackleton shut down the Timberwolves offense all game pitching a complete game (5 IP) allowing zero earned runs while striking out 10. The offense would see 14 runs cross the plate during the game with all 9 batters reaching base safely. Emma Parslow and Kaylee Johnson led the team in RBIs with 4 a piece and Johnson launched one over the fence for a two-run homerun. Jefferson wins game 1, 14-3
Game 2 was led by Brianna Grant in the circle. Grant threw 5 strong innings recording 7 strikeouts in the effort. Brooke Beleza carried the offense in an impressive effort of 5 RBIs including a solo homerun. Rachael Shackleton would enter the game in the 6th to record her first collegiate save, as the Cannoneers would win game 2, 7-4
