SUNY Jefferson men's soccer team showcased their superiority with a resounding 7-1 victory over Broome Community College. Captain Raoul Galvan led the charge with a hat trick, despite selflessly passing up a second penalty to teammate Finn Birkel, who scored his first collegiate goal. Birkel also contributed two assists in a standout performance. Tim Schaefer orchestrated much of the attack, providing three assists, while Florian Fuchs added two more. Jack Rathbun opened his goal-scoring account with a well-taken brace, and Luc Van Der Kamp capped off the scoring with a towering header. "This was a team effort in every sense," said Head Coach Christopher Rowland. "The boys executed brilliantly, and it was great to see so many players contribute."
