In an evenly contested match, the Jefferson men's soccer team came out on the short end of 2-0 setback at the hands of SUNY Adirondack. The first half finished 1-0 Timberwolves on a perfect strike from an Adirondack player that found the upper corner of the net. The second half started the same way, but as a costly mistake in the back by one of the Cannoneer defenders lead to an easy goal from an SUNY Adirondack forward. The Cannoneers would fight gamely and have several good scoring chances, only to see them go wide of the net. The Cannoneers are back in action on Wednesday night at OCC.
