The Men's Lacrosse team fell 13–12 in a triple overtime battle against Anne Arundel Community College in their home opener. The Cannoneers showed toughness, composure, and resilience in a game that neither side was able to create much separation. After falling behind be 3, the largest deficit by either team, a fourth quarter rally kept Jefferson alive, forcing overtime. Both teams battling hard through two extra periods. In the end, Anne Arundel found the game-winner in the third overtime, handing the Cannoneers a hard-fought loss.
Sophomore Jack Rathbun continues to contribute at a high-level notching 4 goals and 2 assists. While newcomer Damien Perrea was dominate between the pipes with 18 saves.
