Jefferson Golf Had Busy Weekend Competing
Jefferson Golf competed in 3 different tournaments this weekend.
Cannoneers finish 3rd in the 2022 Mohawk Valley Invitational
The Cannoneers traveled to Oneida Country Club on Friday and came away with a 3rd place finish. Nate Heller would lead the way, shooting an 83, followed by Cole Morrissette who shot an 88. Sam Arrigo would shoot a 90 and Nick Lennox would have his best day shooting a 91 to round out the scoring for the Cannoneers. Taylor Scoville would lead the women with her best score of the season , with a 125.
Cannoneers finish 4th in the 2022 McConnellsville Shoot-out
The Cannoneers would travel to the Camden area and play at McConnellsville Golf Club in Blossvale, NY and finish the day in 4th place. Leading the way and shooting a personal best was Nate Heller who shot a 76. He was followed by Sam Arrigo with an 85, Cole Morrissette with an 89 , and Logan Hess with a 97 to round out the team scoring on the day. Hannah Malbouf would lead the Lady Cannoneers with a score of 128.
Cannoneers finish 2nd in the 2022 Lazer Lakeshore Challenge
The Cannoneers would put up their best team score of the season and finish second to Niagara CCC on a beautiful, sunny afternoon in Cicero, NY at Lakeshore Golf and Yacht Club. Leading the way for the Cannoneers was Nate Heller for the 3rd consecutive day with an 82. Coming in next for the Cannoneers was Sam Arrigo with an 84, followed by Cole Morrisette with an 85, and Nick Lennox finishing with his best score of the season with an 88. Leading the way for the Lady Cannoneers was first time golfer, Camille Stevenson with a 113 score.
