The Cannoneers pulled off a huge home comeback win in Game 1 to earn the season series win against Adirondack. Chris Gunn hit a bases-clearing double in the 6th inning, while David Nikolayenko slugged his 3rd HR of the season with Gunn on second to cap a 5-run inning and put JCC up by 1 heading into the 7th. Yojairo Juan and Lucas Mackey closed the door on the mound to secure the win. Tyler Thompson recorded a multi-hit game with 2 hits and an RBI.
In game 2 of the double-header, Jefferson would come back again from down 7-1, make it a 7-7 game in the 4th, but Adirondack would tack on runs in the 5th, 6th, and 7th innings that were too much for JCC to climb back from. Nikolayenko provided 4 hits and 2 RBI's in the effort. Nick Castell, Will Cole, John Laporte, Anthony Ortiz, and Ethan Garrand would all collect 2 hits apiece. JCC wins the season series with Adirondack, 3 games out of 4.
