Aubrey Harrington had her strongest race when it counted most; running in a combined Mid-State Athletic Conference and NJCAA Region III Championship race she crushed the field in conference scoring beating the second place finisher by just over 3 minutes for the 5k course, by doing so she earned All-MSAC honors and MSAC Female Runner of the Year. In the Region III scoring Aubrey had an outstanding showing finishing 4th overall and earning All-Region honors.
Antonio Jenne had a strong showing at both the conference and regional championships finally breaking into the top 3 for the Cannoneers. He has been steadily improving throughout the year and has made significant strides in the past two weeks and it showed when it counted. Tony started off under total control and moved up over the 5-mile race to an 18th place finish in the conference and 36th regionally.

The Cross Country team will travel to Finger Lakes to compete in the 2016 NJCAA National Cross Country Championship meet on Friday, November 11th and 12th!
