Jefferson Women's Soccer Alumni Come Back to Play

As part of the Jefferson Alumni Friends and Family weekend the even year Alumni took on the odd year Alumni for women's soccer.  Former Alumni ranging from 2001-2015 came back to participate. The participants were:  Jennifer Sparks, Jessica Park, Becca Ames, Brittany Campbell, Jessica Dobson-Tufo, Eliza Urbaniak, Emily Nellis, Amber Dibble, Michele Cross, Ashley Lothrop, Kathryn Beagle, Kady Hoistion, Ruth Komar, Morgan Kiernan, Blair Kiernan, Brianna Sharlow, Kerstin Phelps, Annette Rishe, Deleha Decker, Paige Morgia, Kate Gehrke, and Kari Gehrke.

Also present were former women's soccer players Jill Wiley, Kelly Reinhardt, Julie Ellis, Leslie Spaziani, and Coach Kim Hicks Sell as the 1991-1992 women's soccer team was recognized for the 25th Anniversary of Women's Soccer.  This group of girls went to former Athletic Director Robert F. Williams to ask the College to start a women's soccer team.  In it's first year Coach Kim (Hicks) Sell led the team to an 8-3 season.  In the past 25 years the team has produced 5 NJCAA All-Americans, 23 All-Region, and 32 MSAC Conference players as well as 4 MSAC Conference Championships and 1 Regional Championship.
