Jefferson Co-Athletes of the Week

Shea P. Denny and Joelle G. Percy named Jefferson Community College Co-Athletes of the Week

Sophomore Mid-Fielder, Shea P. Denny of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) men's lacrosse team, and Sophomore Mid-Fielder/Attack, Joelle G. Percy, of the Jefferson's women's lacrosse team, were named JCC co-athletes of the week for the week ending March 11, 2012. JCC's athlete of the week program is sponsored by Victory Promotions.

Denny, a 2010 graduate of South Jefferson Central School is majoring in Humanities and Social Science at Jefferson. Shea's accomplishments on the field this past week include scoring 3 goals for their season opening win against Cayuga Community College

Joelle, a 2010 graduate of Carthage High School, is majoring in Humanities and Social Science at Jefferson. Percy's accomplishments on the field this past week include scoring 4 goals and 1 assist for the season opening win against Harford Community College. She also had 5 ground balls and caused 3 turnovers.
