Do you want to get in shape?? Maybe relieve some stress?? Well the Fitness Center is the place to be! The staff at the Jefferson Athletic and Physical Education Department encourage you to join!
The best part about it, is it’s FREE to all faculty and staff!
(If you are a new member, just send John Northrop an email at jnorthrop@sunyjefferson.edu, and let him know you would like to schedule an appointment for orientation and he will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have!)
We have some new equipment, more space, P90x and Insanity Videos. We also offer ZUMBA on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, throughout the semester!
