Watertown, NY—Freshman Forward, Hugo H. Oliveira, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) Men’s Soccer team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending September 30, 2012. JCC's athlete of the week program is sponsored by Victory Promotions. Hugo, a graduate of Colegio Metodista, Brazil, is majoring in Sports Management at Jefferson. Oliveira’s accomplishments on the pitch this past week include scoring both goals for the Cannoneers to lead them to a Mid-State Athletic Conference win against Corning Community College.
